      No, there is currently no limit to the number of unit types you can add to the rent roll. You can customize your unit mix as needed for your specific property.

      Yes, there is saving funtionality available as well as version control with each save of a project.

    • How does the refinancing feature work?

      You can model refinancing based on either a specific month or after lease-up completion. The tool calculates new loan proceeds based on stabilized value using either cap rate or multiple valuation methods, with customizable LTV and DSCR constraints.

    • How do I handle monthly vs annual cashflow assumptions?

      The model allows you to control rent and opex trends on a monthly basis, or use annual averages. Monthly cash flows show detailed occupancy ramps, while annual summaries provide high-level performance metrics.
